•Body Fat Analysis
Make an appointment with one of our personal trainers to assess your body fat vs. lean body mass. More important that knowing your weight, your body fat percentage tells you just how much fat you have and sets a desirable weight goal for you.

A full hour of personal fitness testing, including: blood pressure screening,girth comparisons, body fat analysis, cardiovascular endurance testing, muscle strength and endurance testing, flexibility screening, dynamic strength testing.
