• If you would like the benefit of a having a trained fitness professional design and monitor your workout sessions, you may want to consider our personal trainer program.
• For an additional fee, a personal trainer will assist you in reaching your goals and motivating you to continue making improvements with your exercise program.

• All of our personal trainers are certified and/or degreed through nationally accredited programs. Training rates vary per trainer.
• Group rates and half-hour sessions are available. You should have a fitness assessment prior to your group training.

These programs can assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Before you get started on your road to fitness and wellness, find out what direction you need to take.

  • NEW Senior Salute "Every 2nd Friday Potluck"
    • Bring a friend too!. This program is offered to the public!! Time: 9:00am ~ 11:00am. Enjoy free coffee and muffins! "EVERY FRIDAY!!"

  • Personal Profile
    • A personal profile will indicate what health risks you currently have due to heredity and lifestyle. The half hour session includes risk assessment of: Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Depression, Cancer. You will receive a complete printout with your personal profile. This service is offered free of charge.

  • Body Fat Analysis
    Make an appointment with one of our personal trainers to assess your body fat vs. lean body mass.  More important that knowing your weight, your body fat percentage tells you just how much fat you have and sets a desirable weight goal for you.

  • Fitness Assessment
    A full hour of personal fitness testing, including: blood pressure screening,girth comparisons, body fat analysis, cardiovascular endurance testing, muscle strength and endurance testing, flexibility screening, dynamic strength testing. Includes a review and explanation of your fitness test results and personalized cardiovascular and strength training programs. Call fordetails.
