This is the best place to keep up with all the new stuff we've got going on around here!

Sunday Swim is now available at the indoor pool in TK Stone Middle School located off of Morningside Drive. You and your family can participate in recreational swim every Sunday from 1-4pm. Members will need to bring their membership scan cards with them, and guest passes will not be accepted.

Aqua Aerobics classes will continue at the TK Stone pool every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 8-9pm and Saturdays from 11-12 noon. You will need to bring your membership scan card to participate, and guest passes will not be accepted.

We've just added two new TrueStride Ellipticals to our Cardio Theater! Come check them out and get the maximum calorie burn for a short workout!
