ESFC Dolphin Swim Team -New Swimmers
1. Placement: Tk Stone Indoor Pool with a DS coach Monday or Thursday 4:30pm or 7:30pm
2. Dolphin & USA Swimming Registration: (see Coach Badger for rate)
3. ESFC Registration: E-Town Swim and Fitness Center: Monthly dues are paid, $10 a month discount on monthly swim fee's for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th swimmers in families. (Monthly fee is paid to ESFC)

Swim Team Requirement:
• Swimmer must be able to do one length on stomach, one on back, 6years and above, able to work within a group setting, rotary breathing, back flutter kick and prone position: fist 5 practices or two weeks no registration, no cost.
ESFC Novice Swim Team
Novice Swim Team is a competitive swimming program consisting of 75% instruction & 25% conditioning with three optional intersquad meets for youngsters ages 6 to 12. This is a low-key fun activity that will give a youngster a 'glimpse' of what it is like to be a competitive swimmer. The program is administered by the DS Championship Coaching Staff, offering the thrill of competition while developing competitive swimming skills, building self esteem, confidence while making new friends.
Cost:
• $35 per/session - E-Town Independent School Student w/ ID
• $50 per/session - ESFC Members
• $65 per/session - Non-ESFC Members
Awards & Recognition:
Swimmers will receive ribbon awards at the intersquad meets: at the end of the Novice Swim Team Spring program- Swimmers who have the best attendance, most best times, best strokes, most improvement, will receive special awards at the awards party

Swim Lesson Description
ESFC offers a complete and comprehensive year-around beginner to advanced swim lesson program, pre-school (ages 3-5), school-age (ages 6-11) and 12 & over, for ESFC members and the community at TK Stone Middle School Indoor Pool. Each session will meet for 4-5minutes lessons with 4 students/class

• Class 1- Beginner basicks: acclimation & adjustment

• Class 3- "Wind & Flutter survival skill & back flutter kick

Assessment
Bring suit & Towel for a possbile water assessment, though many assessments can be determined without getting in the water; assessemnt places the student in the right class.
Registration payments for class is done ONLY after assessment at TK Stone
Swimmers registred in classes without sufficient enrollment will be asked to move to another time. Swimmers must ABLE and WILLING to participate on their own in a group setting to be part of the program. Ther are no refunds on any fees or makeup lesson if a class is missed
